The neighbourhood enclosed by Stirling Ave, Courtland Ave and cut off by the expressway is an older neighbourhood with homes dating between the 1960’s to the 1990’s.

Though the majority of the neighbourhood is fully developed, you will find pockets of new condo townhouses and be right along the LRT line that runs directly through this neighbourhood. In the area you can find the Concordia Club which is home to Kitchener’s Oktoberfest festival, and shows the cultural past of Kitchener with their celebration. With Meinzinger Park and shoemaker greenway you won’t be without space for outdoor activities. Downtown is a short drive away as well as the essential amenities it is perfect for first time home buyers or young families.
