How
Do I Start? There is no hard and fast rule on how to
start in real estate sales. Your sales manager will design a
program tailored to your needs and past experience to include
training, inspections, advertising, presentations, etc.
How
Soon Can I Start? Upon completion of the approved
courses required to obtain a license to become a Wolle sales
associate, we will complete the following application forms:
- to the Registrar for your license
- to the Real Estate Board for your membership
It normally takes about two weeks to obtain your license.
During this waiting period valuable experience and
organizational work may be undertaken to ensure success one you
license has been obtained.
How Soon Can I
Expect An Income? It depends to a large extent upon
how well organized you are prior to obtaining your license. The
new sales associate should be financially able to support
her/himself for several months.
How Much Can I
Earn? The potential is unlimited! Dedicated sales
associates often earn in excess of $50,000.00 per year. How much
you earn depends to a great extent upon your personal efforts
and dedication.
