To let your clients and colleagues know just how
great a sales rep you are, Royal LePage rewards excellence in
residential sales with a prestigious awards program. Winners are
honoured at regional awards presentations, and their
achievements are usually featured in a variety of consumer
newspapers and industry publications.
Each year Royal LePage presents awards in the
following categories:
National Chairman's
Club
The top one percent of the Royal LePage
residential sales force as of a designated period, based on
closed and collected commissions
The Award Of
Excellence
For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers
and sustaining members, attaining the Diamond Director's
Platinum or President's Gold Award five out of seven
previous, consecutive years. Lifetime Award of Excellence
presented to members attaining President's Gold (or any
higher award level) ten out of fourteen consecutive years.
Diamond Award
The threshold level required to attain the
Diamond Award is the top three percent of each residential
market's sales representative's earnings. Earnings are
defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the
previous year.
Director's Platinum
Award
The threshold level required to attain the
Director's Platinum Award is the top five percent of each
residential market's sales representative's earnings.
Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected
commissions in the previous year.
President's Gold
Award
The threshold level required to attain the
President's Gold Award is the top 6th - 10th percentile of
each residential market's sales representative's earnings.
Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected
commissions in the previous year.
Master Sales Award
The threshold level required to attain the
President's Gold Award is the top 11th - 20th percentile of
each residential market's sales representative's earnings.
Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected
commissions in the previous year.
Sales Achievement
Award
The threshold level required to attain the
President's Gold Award is the top 21st - 25th percentile of
each residential market's sales representative's earnings.
Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected
commissions in the previous year.
Top achieving sales representatives can proudly
display achievement insignias on personal marketing materials
(brochures, business cards etc) as a mark of excellence in this
highly competitive marketplace.
